I'm very happy with all my purchases from Quality Lapel Pins! Very quick responses when placing orders. A longer production is expected with pins, but they are on the quicker side in comparison with other places I've used. When they give you an invoice they give you a projected ship date and it's always been a few days before when it arrives. They are a little pricier than other places I've used, but if the pin is more complicated or has finer details I know I'm going to get the best quality from them. From the two jobs I've attached, out of 100 pins 3-5 were b-grade. I was worried about the guitar strings and the lettering on the other and both exceed my expectations. I'd definitely recommend Quality Lapel Pins!

I just received my first order of pins from QLP this week and I am over the moon. I worked with Erin and she was so helpful as I made changes. The whole process was so fast. I had my first proof very soon after submitting my art. And the production was finished even earlier than they'd estimated. My pins turned out amazing! I was so impressed with the amount of detail they were able to achieve. They look exactly like my vision. There were a few pieces that had slight scratches or enamel overfill but that's normal and there were far fewer of these and the mistakes were much less noticeable than with my previous manufacturer. And all this for a FAR better price point than my last manufacturer too. I'll definitely be coming back to QLP when it's time to get my next pin made.

I sent pictures with what I desired the end result should be, to several companies. What I got back as their proposal with price was frankly insulting. They all proposed something plastic, that Cracker jack would reject, and their price per unit was at least twice , what I paid for . Luke took the time and effort and added what I would like and gave me a price I can live with. Within a couple of weeks I received my pins. I am proud of the way the pins turned out and I am now the proud owner of a most unique lapel pin. Thank you to Luke and Quality Lapel Pins.

After having difficulties at two other enamel pin places, I was surprised to fire off a quote request and have Erin, the sales rep/designer, immediately send me back a proof. Where the other two places said my design, which I thought was fairly simplistic, would be "impossible" to create, I received no push back or even any requests for revisions from Quality Lapel Pins. I do not know if the other two places just did not want to produce my design, but Quality Lapel Pins came through.After paying for my invoice, a few weeks later I received my pins which look exactly like I thought they would!
